Yoga Nidra For Stress & Relaxation (10 Minutes)
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a guided meditation designed to take you on a journey through the layers of being to a deep place of unwavering peace and calm.
This short practice is designed to bring the body and mind back to peace and support in the release of stress and promote relaxation.
You will be guided through progressive relaxation of the physical body, connecting with the breath, before being guided through visualisation. This practice includes the use of an intention or sankalpa, which helps to strengthen sustainable peace even after the practice has ended.
Ensure you have a quiet and comfortable environment, either lying down on your bed or on your mat with a bolster placed under the knees.
This is a beautiful practice to keep coming back to again and again.
