Rise to Shine offers a unique breath-centred wellbeing package, tailor made for your school. Choose from a presentation style workshop or combine the experience to include an additional practical class. Presentations start from 60-90 minutes up to half and full day options.

As a high-school teacher and leader for many years, I am very aware of the impact of long-term stress on our health, ability to cope and overall life satisfaction.
Wellness is indeed a process of awareness and choice but what is commonly overlooked is that our choices and actions are dependent on how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally and before we can begin to initiate change we must first learn to pay attention to and regulate the source of our choices - the nervous system.
I provide simple to implement tools that can be used to increase energy, balance the body and mind for focus and concentration and, calm the nervous system in preparation for deep nourishing sleep and rest. All paving the way for optimal health, wellbeing and performance.

Get the students active, whilst learning the fundamentals of movement and breath. Students will learn how to manage their nervous system and build strength, flexibility and emotional resiliency through exploratory movement and fun games. Primary and secondary sessions available.

Amovement inspired health and wellbeing support program, designed to guide young people in developing essential life skills to help them rise up and become the healthiest, happiest and most positive version of themselves. Providing support to schools, counsellors and psychologists to work with small groups or one-on-one programs.
