The Breathing Space
The Breathing Space has been curated to support in-person corporate workshops, to guide participants through the breath awareness and breathwork practices, and to encourage greater integration into daily life. This portal contains audio, and video resources that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
BREATH AWARENESS - 2 minutes
SMALL BREATH HOLDS - 3 minutes
Small breath holds is a practice that can be used at any time of day to bring you out of your head and back into your body. This practice can settle feelings of anxiety and stress and bring you back to a more balanced feeling of calm and connectivity.
This short practice is designed to create awareness of the breath, understand which breathing traits are dominant in each moment, and how your breathing is impacting your physical, mental, and emotional health.
