A warm welcome to the home of Rise to Shine. My name is Lea and I specialise in regulating the nervous system through functional breathing and breathwork. Facilitating workshops, presentations, and private and group sessions, I empower individuals to access the innate potential of the breath to regulate, balance and support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
