This 15-minute breath and meditation practice is designed to help you let go of the energy of past experiences that are affecting how you feel in the present moment. By using the breath we can begin to initiate changes in state and make space for renewal.
Using the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma (the cycle of infinity, life, death, and rebirth), you will be guided to weave breath and internal mantra together as a tool for cleansing and release.
Inhale gently, and pause the breath (silently repeating Sa Ta Na Ma) and release the exhale in 4 powerful strokes. Hold the breath out and silently repeat the mantra again.
This short but powerful meditation is suitable for all levels and can be practiced any time you feel ready to release the energetic weight of the past and step into greater clarity, freedom, and presence.
