Heart-Mind Connection - Meditation (13 Minutes)

When we are in a state of coherence, we flow with effortless rhythm. Stress creates discordance between the heart and the mind moving us away from wholeness and connection, disrupting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony of the body.

In this practice, we will use a two-part inhale and exhale to reestablish connection from the heart to the mind. We will amplify the potency of the breath by using the mantra Aham Prema at the heart – I am love, and Aham Prakasha in the mind. - I am light.

This guided breath and meditation practice is designed to bring you back to a state of wholeness and connection, to establish lasting flow throughout the rest of your day.
