A leadership-focused workshop presentation to cultivate presence, regulation, and compassionate leadership from the inside out.
In times of pressure and change, effective leadership begins from within. This workshop is a experiential workshop backed with practical application, designed to help leaders harness the power of breath and nervous system regulation to enhance clarity, focus, and decision-making.
Through practical breathwork and self-awareness tools, participants learn to stay composed and connected under stress, lead with empathy, and foster psychological safety within their teams. This training cultivates the capacity to recognise dysregulation - both in self and others -allowing leaders to respond (not react) with integrity, authenticity, and compassion.

LEA
Hi, I am Lea, I specialise in therapeutic, functional, and performance-based breathwork. Combining contemporary breath science with the timeless wisdom of yogic practice to create meaningful change in how people work, lead, and live.
All presentations are evidence-informed, experiential, and designed to bring more balance, vitality, and emotional intelligence into professional life.
My background is in Sports Science and Education, where I graduated with honours before working as a teacher in high-demand leadership roles for many years. It was during this time that my own personal health challenges, stress-related burnout and high-level anxiety really exposed themselves, and so my journey into healing through breathwork began. The story of my journey to date is weaved authentically into each of my workshops as a reflection of what is possible when we can cultivate balance in the nervous system and beyond.
