A Journey into Felt Intention

BREATH

MOVEMENT,

MEDITATION, SURRENDER

& a live Flute Soundscape

SPECIAL GUEST - ADAM LEWIN

Don’t wait for LIFE - weave it…

There is a version of your life that already exists within you…

Not as a thought, but as a feeling waiting to be lived.

This is your invitation to step into that space…

To breathe it…

To feel it…

To weave it into reality - with felt intention.

Together we embark on a journey - to consciously weave your dreams into reality.

The Dream Weaver will take you on a unique path of inner discovery through breath, movement, guided meditation and deep relaxation - all accompanied with the resonant sound of the alto flute.

Let us INTENTIONALLY create the life we crave - through the language of the body, heart and mind.

WHAT IS

THE DREAM WEAVER…

This is a 2-hour immersive journey designed to guide you from mind to body to feeling to surrender.

You will be guided from the outer world to your inner reality:

  • Breath - to regulate the nervous system and open awareness

  • Intuitive Movement - to create flow without force

  • Meditation - to anchor intention into the body

  • Deep Relaxation - to surrender and allow integration

All held within a live flute soundscape, weaving sound progressively through every stage of the journey.

This is not about effort or achievement.

This is about deep listening, felt sensation and alignment.

MEET

LEA

Hi, I’m Lea — I specialise in therapeutic, functional, and performance-based breathwork, as well as Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, and subtle energy healing. My work brings together ancient wisdom and modern science to help people reconnect with their natural rhythm and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

With a background in Sports Science and Education, I graduated with honours before spending many years teaching in education and leading in high-demand roles. During this time, my own experiences with stress, anxiety, and burnout became powerful teachers - guiding me toward the healing path of yoga and breathwork.

I am certified in Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage, Pranayama, Yoga, Kundalini, and Restorative practices. Over time, I’ve woven these disciplines together into what I call my ‘unique Lea recipe’ - a distinct fusion of movement, breath, sound, mantra, yogic philosophy and the creative expression of poetry and spoken word inspired by the wisdom traditions.

Yoga has been my lifelong companion — a practice that has healed me from the inside out and continues to teach me how to meet life’s challenges with grace, presence, and compassion. It is now my privilege to share this gift with others - to hold space for you to pause, soften, and reawaken the light that already lives within.

In peace, love & breath.
