Breath & Mantra is a 2-hour immersive journey into pranayama (breath practices) and the Yoga of Mantra. Together, we will optimise the nervous system, balance the mind and use the power of sound to change our frequency, shift brain states, harmonise energy within the body, release emotional tension and support mental clarity and connection.
Sound is one of the most subtle yet powerful tools for healing. Long before language was written, sound was used in ritual, prayer, and medicine. Modern science is now catching up to what ancient wisdom has long known: that sound can affect brainwaves, heart rate, and even cellular structure. Sound has the power to release tension in the body and reduce inflammation.Mantras work through vibration. When we chant, we are not just using words - we are creating a resonance that moves through the body, breath, and mind.

We all have a unique rhythm and resonance, which is influenced by what is happening in and around us. Our bodies, hearts and minds have sound patterns and when we tune ourselves to positive vibrations and frequencies, this can have a profound effect on the way we show up in this life.
Mantra is a powerful tool of the mind that allows us to access connection and union with self and the world around us – consciousness itself.
Mantras are sacred sounds that hold a specific ‘sound code’ or vibratory pattern that, when chanted, stimulate energy within, creating manifestation in the outer world.
Words and sound carry energy and move energy, positively affecting the nervous system and granting us access to awaken higher potentials of the brain.
Just as asana (postures) helps us to create flexibility in our body, so mantra can help us create flexibility in our mind.
