In a world that moves faster each day, yoga offers what we are collectively craving: a return to stillness, balance, and connection. It reminds us how to inhabit our bodies, to listen deeply, and to move through life with awareness rather than urgency.
My classes are a gentle invitation to remember who you are beneath the busyness. Each practice weaves together functional movement, breath-infused flow, and moments of stillness designed to regulate the nervous system and awaken your inner wisdom. You will be guided to move with purpose, to breathe with presence, and to connect with the deeper intelligence that animates all life.I teach out in the community on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with pop-up outdoor classes in the summer months. Breathe & Flow every Saturday morning. This class explores the potency of breath-infused movement. Activating, directing and consolidating energy, to create stillness and peace from the inside out.
This class is an energised flow, suitable for all levels.

Private Yoga
A one to one class is the ideal way to deepen your yoga practice, whether you are looking for some beginner classes to get you started or returning to the mat after time away. Personalised sessions also offer a deeper experience of the higher limbs of yoga (pranayama, meditation etc).
All sessions are breath-centred with a focus on functional breathing and exploring different aspects of pranayama.
Class styles are designed according to personal goals and intentions, but could include:
