    Our 5 class pass allows you the flexibility to purchase 5 classes at a reduce rate and then book the classes that suit your availability.

    Purchase the pass and then simply book using your code as a casual yogi.

  • Deep Rest - Gentle Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

    During this session, you will experience the calming effects of gentle breathwork, to bring your nervous system back into homeostasis.

    We will then transition into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Practitioners are guided through a series of verbal instructions and visualisations, directing their attention inward and guiding them through various stages of relaxation. This typically involves systematically relaxing different parts of the body, focusing on the breath, and exploring sensations, emotions, and imagery within the mind.

    Yoga Nidra is the union of relaxation, awareness, and self-discovery. It offers a profound opportunity for individuals to connect with their true essence, cultivate inner peace, and awaken to the limitless potential of their consciousness.

Private Yoga

A one to one class is the ideal way to deepen your yoga practice, whether you are looking for some beginner classes to get you started or returning to the mat after time away. Personalised sessions also offer a deeper experience of the higher limbs of yoga (pranayama, meditation etc).

Class styles are chosen according to personal goals and intentions, but could include:

  • Breath-centred flow (Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative)

  • Pranayama & Meditation

  • Kundalini

  • Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)

One-to-One Yoga Classes

Rise to Shine specialises in one-to-one yoga, designing individual programs and classes tailored to your individual needs. 

Private sessions are perfect for those:

  • wishing to maximise their individual practice and to go deeper into the essence of yoga

  • recovering from injury, illness or trauma

  • requiring a more therapeutic, prescriptive approach

  • wanting more specific results
