There is a space between stimulus and response, and within this space, there is the power to choose how you will respond in any given situation.

This is the power of the pause. The response that comes from choice (and not reactivity) liberates us and allows for our continued growth (inspired by the words of Viktor Frankl).

The Power of the Pause is a restorative flow practice that uses breath, movement and stillness to cultivate regulation and calm in the nervous system. Nurture the ability to respond to and not react to this life.

Recommended: a bolster, blanket and two blocks (eye pillow optional).

Suitable for all.
