Lower Back Release - 25 Minutes

Move, breathe and release your lower back. This practice is suitable at any time, but particularly useful if you are short on time and need a moment to connect and relieve tension in your lower back.

Begin with gentle breathwork to connect and initiate release, and then work through a series of focused breath-centred movements to target the muscles of the lower back, hamstrings, hips, hip flexors and quads.

The perfect practice if you are short on time, or need a quick fix.
