Soak into a gentle breath and movement sequence designed to remove agitation and tension from the mind and body and bring you back to a feeling of unity and wholeness within.
Suitable for all levels.

Clear Out the Cobwebs - Energising Practice (45 minutes)
Feeling in a bit of a funk? Lethargy can make us feel heavy and unmotivated, which affects the way we feel, think and behave.
This 45 minute energising practice is the perfect antidote to change our state of being at a gross and subtle energy level, positively impacting us for the day ahead.
Intentional Intention - Gentle Flow (70 Minutes)
This gentle flow invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the power of intention. In a world that often pulls us into doing, this practice calls us home to being. Cultivate presence awareness, and consciously engaged with each breath and movement.
Suitable for all levels.
Recommended: a block.
The Power of the Pause - Restorative Flow (68 Minutes)
The Power of the Pause is a restorative flow practice that uses breath, movement and stillness to cultivate regulation and calm in the nervous system. Nurture the ability to respond to and not react to this life.
Suitable for all.
Recommended: a bolster, blanket and two blocks (eye pillow optional).
The Sanctuary Within - Restorative Flow (56 Minutes)
Deep within there is a place of peace, beyond the beyond - this is our sanctuary. Breathe, move and find stillness within your sanctuary with this beautiful restorative flow.
Perfect before bed, or anytime you need to withdraw from the world and reset the nervous system.
Recommended: a bolster, blanket and two blocks.
Finding Equanimity - Balancing Flow (65 Minutes)
Finding Equanimity is a balancing flow that supports us to cultivate a sense of centred inner calm and steadiness, so we can perceive life through a wider lens.
This practice is suitable for all levels and would make a wonderful morning or afternoon practice.
Recommended: a block and a blanket.
Energy Reboot - Energising Flow (35 Minutes)
Give your energy a quick reboot with this short breath-centred flow.
Dynamic breath and movement to revitalise mind and body.
Recommended: Two blocks and a blanket.
Beyond The Noise - Restorative Flow (68 Minutes)
This is a restorative practice, which invites you to go beyond the noise of the mind and into the spacious silence within - where healing, clarity, and peace begin.
Suitable for all levels and beginner friendly.
Recommended: two blocks, a blanket and a bolster.
A Beginners Mind - Gentle Flow (65 Minutes)
A gentle breath-centred flow that opens you up to the awe and wonder of a beginner’s mind. Helping us to see life with ‘new eyes’ and to open ourselves up to the uniqueness in each opportunity.
This class is suitable for all and is beginner friendly.
