Return to Wholeness - Slow Flow (50 Minutes)

Soak into a gentle breath and movement sequence designed to remove agitation and tension from the mind and body and bring you back to a feeling of unity and wholeness within.

This practice slows down the pace and helps to reconnect mind and body. You will move through some supine breathwork, gently transitioning into some deeper poses to allow for the opening of the hips and heart. Finishing with some left and right nostril breathing to optimise balance .

This practice is suitable for all levels.

Recommended: a block (blanket for meditation/savasana)
