Harmonise & Balance Meditation (10 Minutes)

Sa Ta Na Ma - Infinity - Life - Death - Rebirth.

This practice uses breath and mantra to cultivate a balance in the body and mind.

You will:

  • breathe in for 4 counts, mentally reciting the mantra - Sa Ta Na Ma

  • hold the breath for 4 counts - Sa Ta Na Ma

  • breathe out for 4 counts - Sa Ta Na Ma

  • hold out the breath for 4 counts - Sa Ta Na Ma

Continue to breathe in this cycle, mentally repeating the mantra and allow the nervous system to sync with the resonance of this breath.

Take a moment to sit and observe your mind and body, and the harmony you have created within.
