The Breath Prescription - Short Course

The Breath Prescription is a short course which explores the role of the breath as a window to our energetic state. We begin by observing the information the breath is giving us in each moment and then to skilfully identify which practice we need to help support us in how we would like to feel eg: balanced, energised or calm.

We will journey through the different states of being and explore the concepts of sattva, rajas and tamas - learning how to identify our dominant state in a given situation and how we can bring ourselves back into balance.

You will experience three practices, each one designed to be used alone or combined. Each practice will create a different state of being on an energetic level as well as biomechanically and biochemically.

The Breath Prescription is designed to give you key insights into how the breath can be used as a ‘master tool’ in regulating mind and body.
