Together we will breathe, flow and find steadiness and calm in moments of stillness.

This practice is suitable for all levels and would make a wonderful morning or afternoon practice.

Journey through balancing pranayama, dynamic movement and find a deep stillness in seated meditation.

Recommended: a block and a blanket.
