Clear Out the Cobwebs - Energising Practice (45 minutes)

Feeling in a bit of a funk? Lethargy can make us feel heavy and unmotivated, which affects the way we feel, think and behave.

This 45 minute energising practice is the perfect antidote to change our state of being at a gross and subtle energy level, positively impacting us for the day ahead.

This practice will guide you through a unique combination of energising and balancing pranayama with high energy movement to revitalise and clear out stagnant energy from the depths of your being.

A great morning or early afternoon practice to clear out the cobwebs and make space for the new.
