A Beginners Mind - Gentle Flow (65 Minutes)

In Zen Buddhism, ‘shoshin’ means ‘a beginner’s mind’. This practice invites you to cultivate openness, curiosity and humility, no matter what level you are in your practice.

Welcoming each moment as new, and full of potential we drop in and connect to the breath , gliding effortlessly through a gentle flow.

  • This practice is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly.

  • Recommended: Two blocks and a blanket.
