Transitioning From Yang to Yin - 50 Minute Breath & Flow

This 50-minute practice takes us on a journey between two complementary energies - Yang and Yin.

We begin by meeting the yang with the active, warming, energising breath and flow, creating awareness whilst moving through heat, strength, and rhythm. Slowly, and intentionally, we then let it soften… transitioning into the stillness of yin. Longer holds, calming and cooling, with extended exhales to melt into the quieter layers of the nervous system – body and mind.

You can:

·       Practice the full journey when you need balance

·       Choose just the yang section on days you need energy and motivation

·       Or sink straight into yin when your system is asking for rest and stillness

Simply choose what you need in the moment.
