This practice supports us in moving through the different states according to the Regulation Ladder.
Use part one to move the immediate feeling of stress in the moment.
Use part two to actively change states, release and energise body and mind.
Use part three to create balance and clarity.
Remember to take gentle breaths in when practicing the 3-part inhale, to avoid overbreathing.
