Reconnect and rebalance mind and body with this short but effective practice. A combination of breath and movement to bring us back to a state of equanimity.
Start with a seated practice to release emotional charge, followed by gentle movement with a specific cadence breath - designed to reset the nervous system and recalibrate your way back to peace.
