The perfect antidote for a busy day. Whether you are feeling ‘tired and wired’ or simply in need of some downtime, this practice is designed to down-regulate the nervous system, release tension from the body, and prepare the mind and body for deep, restful sleep.

Begin with breath, before moving through some gentle movement and held postures, finishing with some calming pranayama.

This practice can be done at any time, but is recommended before sleep.

Recommended: a blanket, a bolster and two blocks (eye pillow).

Suitable for all.
