Do you struggle with low energy, poor quality sleep and/or heightened levels of anxiety?
Learn how to optimise health, increase energy, manage stress and anxiety and improve sleep quality through breath re-education.
This knowledge and practical based workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of functional breathing using the Buteyko Method of breath re-education.

Breathe Yourself to Meditation
4 week Online Workshop

We all have a monkey in our mind, that swings from thought branch to thought branch every moment of every day. But is your monkey running the show or are you? Do you struggle to switch the monkey off?
This workshop will practically explore how to first prepare the body and then the mind to enter deeper states of meditation, which in turn will amplify your ability to switch that dam monkey off and allow for a reduction in stress, anxiety, better sleep and an enhanced ability to concentrate.

Breathe Yourself to Sleep
2 week Online Workshop
Are you tired of tossing and turning in bed, struggling to find that elusive path to a good night's sleep? Are you challenged with a racing mind, or specific sleep issues such as snoring, insomnia or sleep apnea?
If so, you're not alone. Many of us grapple with sleep issues, and the toll it takes on our physical, emotional and mental well-being is significant.
Join Lea to discover the link between functional breathing and sleep quality and learn the strategies required to calm the nervous system, quieten the mind and unlock the door to a restful and rejuvenating nights sleep.
Breathe Yourself to Sleep is a two-week online course ,which will run over two consecutive Thursday evenings from 6pm - 7.00pm. This provides time for the practices to be experienced and questions answered.
Both sessions will be recorded and sent out to participants for a limited time, if you are unable to make the designated time slot.
Thursday 29th Feb 2024 - 6pm-7.00pm
