Most of us go through life without realising that the way we breathe can either support our health and vitality, or quietly drain it. Breathing quality affects how we think, our emotions, mental clarity, the ability to concentrate and our ability to sleep.
This free 60-minute online workshop is designed to bring you back to the foundations of functional breathing - simple, science based, and time-tested practices that can transform the way you feel every single day. We will clear away the confusion of all the different breath techniques and focus in on what makes breathing functional and why that is the most important first step.

My name is Lea and I specialise in functional breathing, breathwork and pranayama for health, wellbeing and healing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sport Studies and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Health & Physical Education. I am trained in Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage and Pranayama. I am a qualified Wellness Coach - guiding healing through breath, movement and subtle energy.
I currently spend my days working one-to-one with clients with health challenges, delivering breath-centred workshops within the corporate and education sectors, teaching community yoga and breath classes and running retreats.
I combine the science with the authentic voice, all inter-woven with yogic wisdom, a unique recipe to access and cultivate our own natural healing within.
