    • Teen Health Hacks - simple strategies to optimise health and wellbeing

    • harnessing anxiety and developing resiliency to more effectively overcome challenges

    • Breathwork to support mood state. Optimising energy levels and using the breath to manage any given situation.

    • how to manage your nervous system to best support your health

    Rise to Shine offers flexible modes of delivery including practical options.

    1-2 hour presentations, half day or full day options available.

    All individually tailored to meet your requirements.

  • Mindful Movement

    Get the students active, whilst learning the fundamentals of movement and breath. Students will learn how to manage their nervous system and build strength, flexibility and emotional resiliency through exploratory movement and fun games.

    Choose from a weekly session or consider a one off session as part of a wellbeing initiative.

    Primary and secondary sessions available.

  • Rising Up School Support Program

    Rising Up is a movement inspired health and wellbeing support program, designed to guide young people in developing essential life skills to help them rise up and become the healthiest, happiest and most positive version of themselves.

    Rise to Shine will support schools, counsellors and psychologists to work with small groups or one-on-one programs.

    Students will learn

    • mindful movement for physical strength, flexibility and resilience

    • breathing for nervous system regulation

    • focus for calming

    • journalling to monitor behaviours and thoughts

    This program is ideal to build self confidence and emotional regulation.
