Our nervous system is dictating the quality of our life experience. Stress and the impact of fast-paced living is dominating our society and it is having disastrous consequences on our health, wellbeing and our relationships.
This workshop will give you the understanding and the practical experience to identify where you are on the regulation ladder in any given moment and empower you with strategies to overcome and prevent the stress response taking over your health and life!

Stress Less - Regulating Mind & Body for Exam Success
Online
Stress Less is a 60-minute online workshop uniquely guided by my years of teaching in high schools and observing the impact stress has on health and performance. I offer you the tools to manage the stress load and avoid letting the physiology of the body and its impact on the mind determine your outcome.
In this workshops, we will explore:
· The implications of stress on the physical body, emotions and mind
· How the brain responds to stress and the impact this has on your ability to learn, recall and apply your knowledge
· The science of the breath and how breathwork can be used to manage the stress response
· A set breathwork sequence to bring about calm and relaxation to enable sufficient rest and sleep during the exam period
· A set breathwork sequence to balance the brain to optimise study and exam success.

Learn breathwork techniques, pranayama and kriyas to help move, direct and stabilise our energy and to quite literally breathe ourselves to meditation.

A one to one class is the ideal way to deepen your practice, whether you are looking for some beginner classes to get you started or you are seeking a more advanced experience. Personalised sessions also offer a deep dive into the higher limbs of yoga and the power of the breath.
Private classes can be in-person at your home or online.
