The importance of functional breathing in all facets of health, wellbeing and longevity is extensive, but so few are aware of this precious information. Breathe Yourself to Health provides the foundation from which you can understand the role of breathing in our overall health and wellbeing and learn how to optimise the function of the breath from a scientific and practical stance.
