We live in a dynamic world of constant change, high expectations and ongoing pressure. This fast-paced, stress-laden culture can take its toll on our nervous system and radically impact our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

 As a high-school teacher and leader for many years, I am very aware of the impact of long-term stress on our health, ability to cope and overall life satisfaction. To achieve optimal performance in the workplace and maintain balance and equilibrium in our health, it is vital to understand and empower ourselves with actionable strategies and practices that can support us in all areas of life.

 I am an experienced teacher of health, specialising in functional breathwork for wellbeing and performance. Through harnessing the potential of the breath, we are able to pacify the body and mind and bring about balance in the nervous system.

Audiences will leave with a greater understanding of the science of the breath, with simple yet effective practices that will support them to optimise health, improve sleep, increase resiliency, better manage stress and improve their overall performance.
